Join Our Team - Drivers Wanted! Keep Operations Moving - Deliver with Purpose! Are you a reliable, safety-minded driver with a passion for supporting a mission-driven food service team? Our residential facility is looking for dependable Drivers to ensure timely, accurate delivery of meals and supplies across our network. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Transport meals and supplies using company vehicles Load and unload products with care, ensuring accurate delivery of goods. Maintain a daily vehicle log, odometer tracking, and weekly vehicle check reports. Keep company vehicles clean and report any mechanical issues promptly. Communicate effectively with the office and team throughout the day. Adhere to all motor vehicle laws and Whitsons Driver Policy Guidelines. Ensure proper documentation is completed for each delivery (receipts, logs, etc.). Perform additional duties as needed to support warehouse and logistics operations.
What We're Looking For:
A valid driver's license appropriate to the class of vehicle being driven. Clean driving record - safety first! Reliable, proactive attitude and ability to work independently. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move products safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and organization. Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing). Must pass background check and drug screening. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Requirements:
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Other Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
A driver's license appropriate to the class of vehicle being driven is required. Excellent Driving record is required. Must be able to speak, read and write English. Able to pass background and drug screening Must complete all Whitsons and government required training as necessary

Driving a moving vehicle majority of the workday turning wheel with arms and shoulders and looking in all directions, using legs for accelerate and braking Be standing on feet portion of the workday in addition to walking back and forth. Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Lifting while turning side to side is sometimes necessary. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Position sometimes requires extended hours including evenings and/or weekends, travel to multiple work sites and occasional out-of-state travel. This position requires random drug testing at the company's directive.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work is performed primarily in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, specifically the packing and warehousing areas while loading and unloading vehicle. Standing a lot of the workday is required. Work requires movement in and out of storerooms, near heavy machinery and freezers Exposure to extreme temperatures (hot and cold) due to cooking and refrigeration equipment.
