Strong Earning Potential :

Solos typically earn $1,300 to $1,600 per week ($65K - $85K/year), paid by route.

Extra Shift Bonuses :

Additional shifts are available for drivers looking to maximize their earnings. These are completely optional and come with bonus pay.

Reliable Schedules:

Know your schedule ahead of time with consistent 5-day work weeks. Nightly dispatch is approximately 9:30 PM.

Note:

100% Drop & Hook. Absolutely no touch cargo and no loading. Key Responsibilities Maintain strict compliance with all federal, state, and local DOT regulations and safety standards. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or damage immediately. Act as the primary professional interface at cross-docking locations or swap points. Maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.

Job Qualifications License:

Valid Class A CDL with a Doubles Endorsement (Required)

Experience:

1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years.

Driving Record:

Clean MVR (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years).

Screening:

Must be willing to submit to a standard background investigation (employment, education, and criminal history verification) and a DOT drug screening.

Professionalism:

A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and cooperative teamwork. Physical Requirements Ability to safely, frequently, and easily enter and exit commercial day cabs. Standard physical capabilities required to legally and safely operate a commercial motor vehicle (including adequate vision, hearing, depth perception, and spatial awareness).
