Job Description

. Webco Industries PA Carbon is seeking a dependable Driver to join our team. In this role, you will safely transport materials between company facilities and customer locations while providing excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with all transportation and safety regulations. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and enjoys building positive relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities Safely transport materials and products between PA Carbon facilities and customer locations. Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule while complying with all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain required documentation. Maintain driver logs, inspection reports, and delivery paperwork accurately and timely. Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed. Represent Webco professionally while maintaining positive interactions that reflect the company's integrity and values. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing professional and courteous service. Keep trucks, trailers, and related equipment clean, organized, and in safe operating condition.
Qualifications Required:
CDL Class A license. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record. Must be at least 21 years of age for interstate driving. Ability to obtain and maintain DOT medical certification. Ability to pass required drug and alcohol screenings. Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service.
Preferred:
Previous commercial driving or over-the-road driving experience. Experience operating semi-trucks and commercial vehicles. Manufacturing or industrial environment experience. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, squatting, reaching, and climbing in and out of vehicles. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for a minimum of 12 hours per day on a regular basis. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toed footwear. Working Conditions Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in a manufacturing and transportation environment. Regular exposure to varying weather conditions, production equipment, vehicle traffic, and industrial noise. Required use of company-provided safety equipment and adherence to all safety policies.
