Drive With Purpose in Philadelphia Easton Coach Company is hiring Non-CDL Paratransit Drivers to provide safe, reliable transportation throughout the Philadelphia community. Easton Coach Company is a contracted transportation provider for SEPTA , supporting paratransit transportation services for passengers who rely on accessible transportation to get to work, medical appointments, activities, and other destinations throughout the region. Pay & Schedule $18.00/hour during paid training $21.00/hour after successful completion of training Evening shifts begin between 11:30 AM and 3:00 PM Typical shifts are 8-10 hours Overtime eligible after 40 hours worked in a work week Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available based on operational needs Benefits Easton Coach Company offers eligible employees: Paid Time Off Paid Training 401(k) with 100% company match Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Additional employee benefits What You'll Do As a Paratransit Driver, you will: Safely transport passengers as part of Easton Coach Company's contracted SEPTA paratransit service Follow an assigned driver manifest with scheduled passenger pick-up and drop-off locations and times Provide safe, courteous, and dependable transportation Assist passengers as needed while entering and exiting the vehicle Follow company, DOT, and passenger transportation safety procedures Maintain professional communication with passengers, dispatch, and operations staff Help provide passengers with safe, reliable transportation throughout the Philadelphia area Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Must have a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for at least 2 consecutive years Must meet company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements Must successfully complete a DOT physical Must successfully complete a drug screening Drug screening includes marijuana Must successfully complete applicable background and employment screening requirements Must be able to meet the scheduling requirements of the position No CDL? No Professional Driving Experience? No Problem. A CDL and previous professional driving experience are not required . Easton Coach Company provides paid training at $18.00/hour to prepare you to safely transport passengers and succeed as a professional paratransit driver. What Happens After You Apply?
