YOUR JOB
As a Case Aide, you'll play a vital, front-line role in supporting children and families by providing safe, reliable transportation and hands-on assistance that keeps services moving forward. This role is highly active and driving-focused, requiring the use of your personal vehicle to transport children and families to visits, appointments, and essential services, while also receiving mileage reimbursement. You'll serve as a key connection between children, families, caregivers, and service providers—helping ensure children get where they need to be safely, consistently, and with care.

WHAT YOU'LL DO TO MAKE AN IMPACT
Provide safe, dependable transportation for children and families to visits, appointments, and services Serve as a consistent, trusted presence for children during travel and supervised interactions Support case management staff by keeping visits, services, and daily activities running smoothly Help children maintain important family connections by facilitating visits and transitions Observe and communicate important information or concerns to supervisors and team members Maintain accurate documentation related to transportation, visits, and services provided Model professionalism, compassion, and reliability in every interaction with children and families
WHAT YOU BRING
(Basic Qualifications) High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children or families preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
WHAT PUTS YOU AHEAD
Prior experience in child welfare, social services, or family support roles Knowledge of community resources and service systems Strong observation and documentation skills Flexibility and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
