Shift & Schedule:
The schedule varies depending on the route. Most drivers start between 1:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. for delivery routes, while shuttle drivers typically work evening shifts. Drivers may work up to 14 hours, depending on the route, and schedules are based on annual route bids. We're looking for someone who is flexible with both start and end times, as schedules can change based on business needs. Overtime is available as needed and is paid after 40 hours. This is a flexible driving role, so drivers are expected to support both shuttle runs and outbound store deliveries as needed. Bonus Opportunity Earn a $5,000 bonus after 180 days of continuous employment

Home Daily Regional deliveries Shoe reimbursement starting day 1: $180 Description Utilizing the specialized skills developed with experience and the C&S Professional Driver Training Program, you will operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (semi-truck/eighteen-wheeler/box truck, etc), applying knowledge of training and commercial driving regulations, to transport and safely deliver product Driver will load and unload (ambient or temperature sensitive) product to customers on an average of 3-10 stops per day Driver will inspect, document, and ensure equipment is operable in compliance with all regulatory and company requirements Inspect equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements All other duties as assigned
