Qualifications Must be at least 26 years old Must possess a minimum of 18 months of verifiable tractor/trailer or straight truck driving experience within the last 3 years Experience in delivery driving, load and unload procedures, and route driving Strong understanding of freight handling and safety regulations Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more repeatedly throughout a shift Must be able to pass company's Physical Ability Test (PAT) Must have DOT medical card or be able to get it before hire Must have clean driving record (no DUI or reckless acts) Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test & physicalJob Summary:
Aero Global Logistics is a DDS company that hauls Ford automotive parts to dealers. All routes are unattended, overnight routes. Because of our facility location we are required to hire domicile drivers to complete deliveries in a relay manner. Doing this requires that all drivers maintain professionalism and loyalty while being their own boss. Because you are meeting after the midnight mark your schedule will be Tuesday AM through SaturdayAM AVAILABLE ROUTE
- RTD1 Straight Truck 12:30am
- Arrive to domicile facility to meet transload driver and transload freight to your truck Deliver to 9 dealerships in the Smithton, PA area. 11:30am
- End trip back to the meeting point to park the truck.
AERO DETAILS
Sign-On Bonus:
We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, with $2,000 paid after 90 days and the remaining $1,000 paid after 120 days of employment.Pay and Weekly Bonuses:
Payments are issued weekly via paper check on Mondays or direct deposit on Tuesdays. You can also earn a $50 weekly bonus by completing all assigned duties and calling dispatch once your route is finished. Benefits and Insurance- 60
