The driver will transport materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites, following assigned routes and delivery schedules. Daily tasks include conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, safely operating trucks and related equipment, loading and unloading materials, and assisting crews as needed on paving and excavating projects. The role also involves maintaining accurate logs, complying with DOT and company safety regulations, and communicating effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and crew members. Qualifications Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record and familiarity with DOT regulations. Experience operating commercial trucks and, ideally, dump trucks or equipment haulers in construction or similar environments. Strong commitment to safety, including conducting thorough vehicle inspections and following all site and road safety procedures. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as climbing in and out of trucks, securing loads, and assisting with materials on job sites.
