Corrigan Moving Systems is looking for is looking for physically fit, responsible Crew Lead

• Drivers to work at our Warrendale, PA location. Currently we have between 30-40 hours available each week
• this is based on business need. Typically, the hours are: Monday
• Friday starting between 6:30 am
• 7:30 am, with some Weekends (as needed)
• the end times vary. As a Crew Lead / Driver you will use a 26 ft. straight truck to load, transport and deliver household or commercial goods. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site moving operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and leading a team of Mover
• Helpers. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both physical work and management skills. Qualifications for Crew Lead

Driver:

Prior moving company experience is preferred, but not necessary Experience supervising/leading a crew is preferred, but not necessary Must pass a DOT medical physical. Must successfully complete a BG check and pre-employment drug test. Must be 21+ years and possess a valid chauffeurs license. Commercial Driving experience preferred. Capable of lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly, and on a regular basis. Must successfully pass criminal background check Duties and Responsibilities for Crew Lead•

Driver:

Actively participate in the physical aspects of the move, including safely packing, wrapping, loading, unloading, disassembling, and reassembling furniture. Leading, and motivating the moving crew, assigning tasks efficiently, and ensuring all company standards and safety protocols are followed. Planning the most efficient way to pack and load items into the truck, managing inventory and supplies, and optimizing routes to the destination. Safely operating company vehicles, performing daily inspections, and ensuring the secure transport of all belongings. Serving as the primary point of contact for the client, conducting initial and final walk-throughs, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive moving experience. Completing necessary job logs, timekeeping records, inventory lists, and documenting any damages or incidents to management. Benefits for Crew Lead
