Job Description Midland Asphalt Materials Inc., a subsidiary of Barrett Industries Corporation, provides advanced pavement preservation solutions for our customers' needs. We are currently looking for experienced Class A tractor trailer TransportDrivers in Clearfield, PA. This is a seasonal, fulltime opportunityrunning primarily from May through September/October, offering 40-60 hours per week. Drivers receive additional overtime after 8 hours per day on top of weekly overtime after 40 hours. Although the role is seasonal, your benefits remain active yearround, ensuring continuous coverage even during the offseason. You may also be eligible for unemployment benefits during the winter months, providing additional financial support until the next season begins. Primary Duties Haul asphalt based emulsion oil, mostly in Pennsylvania with some occasional out of state work. Perform daily pre and post trip inspections of assigned vehicle. This requires climbing up, on and over unit to verify everything is in proper working order. Experience & Qualifications Must have a valid Class A CDLwith Tanker Endorsement; HazMat Endorsement preferred Must have a good driving record Minimum 2 years of experience preferred Wears and maintains personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Regularly required to climb in and out of vehicles and/or equipment Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Regularly required to stand and walk across uneven terrain Frequent exposure to loud noise Regularly exposed to all outdoor weather conditions, dust, and airborne particles, exposure to high temperatures Regularly exposed to fuel, oil, and other chemicals Occasional travel with overnight stays away from home may be required Culture at Midland Collaborative, inclusive, and engaged team environment Seek to hire for culture add Work-life balance is supported Colas Inc. and its subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
