Food and Beverage Reports to: Manager of Operations Summary The Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods from one location (mainly ISI's manufacturing facility or job sites) to another. Further, this position is responsible for loading, unloading, and moving freight as necessary in a safe and timely manner. This position requires someone with experience operating flatbed trucks, forklifts, cranes, and other equipment. A successful candidate must have the ability to organize loads and deliver goods safely and on time. Is also able to perform millwright duties at site as assigned. Success Criteria & Measurement Performs all work in a timely manner

Helps as necessary with staging and prestaging of freight

Works with limited supervision and in a clean and safe manner Responsibilities Loading and unloading cargo onto flatbed trucks ensuring that all cargo is secured properly before transport

Safely driving trucks from one location to another, using GPS and other tools to navigate the route; following all traffic laws and regulations

Maintain accurate records of trips, including hours of service, distance travel, and fuel consumption

Inspect the truck before each trip to ensure it is in good working order; perform routine maintenance as required

Resolve issues while enroute such as traffic or mechanical issues; troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and safe manner

Comply with all safety regulations including weight restrictions and hazardous material regulations

Help with on-site millwright duties upon arrival

Performs other duties as assigned by Manager of Operations Physical Demands Must be able to sit for long periods of time while doing repetitive movements such as shifting gears and steering

Must be able to lift to 75 pounds at a time on a regular basis

Ability to climb in and out of the truck

The position is subject to environmental conditions and outside work in all weather conditions is common Qualifications High School degree preferred; must have a current CDL

Minimum of 3 years of related experience, specifically working with complicated mixed loads, such as parts, tools, equipment, and components

Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes

Strong organizational skills required

Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed

Ability to work outside in all weather conditions

Deadline and detail-oriented

Mechanically inclined
