This position supports commercial, local, state & federal construction projects by operating hydrovac equipment, dump trucks, water trucks, and related jobsite equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to safety, a valid Commercial Driver's License Class A or B, and a willingness to learn, travel in state as needed, and grow with the company. Key Responsibilities
- Operate hydrovac equipment, dump trucks, water trucks, and other commercial construction support vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Assist with soft safe excavation, material hauling, water distribution, site cleanup, and general construction support tasks.
- Follow all company safety policies, jobsite procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
- Work closely with field crews, supervisors, and project teams to complete work on schedule.
- Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company well on commercial construction jobsites.
- Assist with additional duties as needed on job sites. Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License, Class A or Class B, required.
- Experience in commercial construction, hydrovac operations, dump truck operation, or water truck operation preferred.
- Strong safety mindset and ability to follow jobsite procedures.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions.
- Lift, push, or move up to 50 lbs. as required.
- Fit to climb ladders as needed for job-related tasks.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to participate in training and develop additional skills.
