Night Patrol Specialist

GENERAL PURPOSE

Drives over specified geographic areas in NE Ohio to locate and report sign and lighting outages by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Follows assigned routes via tablet or smartphone, thoroughly checking all waypoints on the route for sign and lighting outages and service opportunities  Identify additional sign and lighting outages and sign service issues  Utilizes device to document outages by taking pictures and recording other details such as problem reported, sign/lighting elevations, customer name, address.  Reports findings to supervisor.

NATURE OF WORK CONTACTS

Interacts regularly with supervisor, service, and sales employees to discuss observations of possible sales/service leads and/or service issues
