Overview Join our dynamic team as a Rides Coordinator/Driver, where you will play a vital role in ensuring safe, reliable, and friendly transportation services for seniors and folks with disabilities that prevent them from driving. Whether transporting seniors, the visually impaired or community members, you'll be the friendly face behind the phone and the wheel, providing exceptional customer service while adhering to safety standards and traffic laws. This energetic role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the community through responsible driving and compassionate support. Responsibilities Safely operate our company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and company policies. Coordinate daily transportation schedules, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs for all passengers. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing support to individuals with mobility challenges or special needs. Communicate effectively with passengers and team members to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns or special requests. Follow all vehicle codes, school policies, and safety regulations to uphold a secure environment for passengers of all ages. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of traffic laws, defensive driving techniques, and emergency response procedures for transportation safety. Ability to assist passengers by handling luggage, groceries, packages or mobility aids. Excellent communication skills in English. Must pass a criminal background check.
