Class A CDL Owner Operators - Tanker (OTR) - High Earning Potential We are actively seeking experienced Class A CDL Owner Operators with Tanker endorsement for over-the-road (OTR) opportunities. If you have bulk tank experience and the right equipment, this is a high-revenue opportunity with consistent freight. Compensation & Benefits Percentage-based pay structure $260,000 - $300,000 gross annual revenue potential (based on year-round dispatch) Fuel discounts averaging $0.25 - $0.75 per gallon $500 bonuses for perfect roadside inspections (unlimited) $1,000 driver referral bonus (paid after 6 months) Requirements Valid Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement Minimum 2 years recent OTR experience Experience with bulk tank wagon offloading (water, sand, petroleum, fracking liquids, etc.) Pump or air compressor required for offloading Ability to operate manual and/or automatic transmissions Clean driving record (no serious violations or accidents) Current DOT Medical Card Must be 23 years or older Equipment Requirements Tractor must not exceed 20,000 GVW (with fuel) Pump or air compressor required Responsibilities Safe and efficient transport of bulk liquid freight Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain HOS compliance using E-logs Operate safely in tight and urban environments (backing required) Follow all DOT safety regulations Additional Info Houston, TX-based drivers preferred , but not required Flexible scheduling based on Hours of Service (HOS)
