Required We're looking for a reliable, experienced driver who knows how to get things done. We work on experiential marketing campaigns, events, and tours throughout the country. This position is a mix of warehouse work, driving, event production, and tour management. Some weeks you may be working out of our warehouse in Los Angeles, and other times you may be on the road for days or even a few weeks at a time. This is a hands-on job. We need someone who is comfortable driving a 24+ ft. box truck, loading and unloading equipment, working events, dealing with clients, and figuring things out when things don't go according to plan. What you'll be doing Driving 24+ ft. box trucks locally and across the country Loading and unloading trucks, trailers, equipment, and event materials Helping with trailer loading/unloading and general truck logistics Working in our warehouse between events Driving to and from events and managing the truck while on the road Helping with event setup and breakdown Working directly with clients and representing our company on-site Coordinating with vendors, event staff, and our team Keeping track of equipment and making sure everything gets where it needs to go Troubleshooting problems in the field Keeping the truck and equipment clean and organized Flying to events when needed Being away from home for extended periods when we're on tour What we're looking for You don't need to have every qualification on a checklist, but you do need to be someone we can count on. We're looking for someone who: Has experience driving 24+ ft. box trucks Is comfortable driving long distances Has experience with trailers and loading/unloading Has event, production, touring, logistics, or similar experience Has good customer service skills and is comfortable dealing with clients Can communicate professionally Can work independently without needing constant direction Is a good problem solver and can think on their feet Isn't afraid to get dirty or jump in and help wherever needed Is organized, dependable, and punctual Can handle long days and changing schedules Is comfortable traveling by plane when needed Is willing to be out of town for days or weeks at a time Has a positive attitude and a "let's figure it out" mentality This job isn't for everyone There will be days when you're driving all day. There will be days when you're loading a truck, setting up an event, dealing with a last-minute problem, or working directly with a client. We're looking for someone who enjoys that kind of work. If you're the type of person who sees something that needs to be done and just handles it, you'll probably fit in well here. Pay & Travel Warehouse / local work: $25•33/hr depending on experience Road work: based on daily wage and will be discussed based on events The amount of travel will depend on the events we have booked. Some assignments may require being away from home for multiple weeks. Requirements Valid driver's license Clean driving record Proven experience driving 24+ ft. box trucks Able to pass any required driving/background checks Able to lift and move event equipment Able to travel domestically Reliable transportation to our Los Angeles warehouse CDL, commercial driving experience, tour management experience, or event production experience is a plus. If you're looking for a typical 9-to-5 driving job, this probably isn't it.
