We're looking for a skilled and dependable Hook Truck Driver to join our repossession team. If you're confident behind the wheel, work well under pressure, and can handle challenging situations professionally, this role is for you. Must be at least 22 years od age and be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

Operate a hook truck to repossess vehicles safely and efficiently Locate and recover assigned vehicles using skip-tracing tools when needed Complete condition reports and required documentation Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients Maintain equipment and follow all safety procedures Handle repossessions in a professional, non-confrontational manner

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not always required) Experience operating tow trucks or similar equipment Clean driving record Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and professional in tense situations
