Job Description
Key Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of fuel trailers throughout the night shift. Verify fuel levels and monitor fuel inventory to support production needs. Inspect trailers, hoses, valves, and connections for leaks, damage, or safety concerns. Ensure trailers are properly positioned, secured, and compliant with facility safety standards. Complete daily inspection reports, fuel logs, and other required documentation accurately. Communicate fuel status and operational issues to supervisors and incoming shifts. Report equipment malfunctions, fuel shortages, spills, or safety hazards immediately. Follow all company policies, environmental regulations, and OSHA safety requirements. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Basic computer and recordkeeping skills. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Work outdoors and indoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to climb steps and access trailers safely. Must be able to work a 12-hour night shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required. Work Environment Industrial production facility. Exposure to moving equipment, fuel systems, noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Preferred Skills Experience performing equipment inspections. Familiarity with safety regulations and emergency response procedures. Dependable attendance
