Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Truck Delivery Helper. Assisting the driver in pick-ups, delivering goods to customers and ensure timely and accurate deliveries and pick-ups.Duties:
- Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods onto the delivery truck
- Safely transport goods to customer locations using a box truck or other designated vehicle
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure smooth delivery/pick-up process
- Follow delivery/pick-up schedules and routes provided by the driver
- Help navigate through traffic and find optimal routes for efficient deliveries
- Operate equipment such as hand truck/ dolly
- Ensure all delivered items are in good condition and report any damages or discrepancies
- Assist with moving heavy items or packages when necessary Starting rate: $11.
