Job Description

Overview Joining Battle LP Gas Company means joining the communities we serve. It is important to Battle LP Gas that our Service Technicians and all staff understand the importance of top-notch Customer Service, from the office to the field. We are a long-time local company servicing local communities; the same people we shop with, our kids go to school with, our neighbors. Responsibilities Our Service Technicians are part of a dynamic team; knowledgeable, experienced and professional. We will provide you with the necessary tools and furthering skill sets and knowledge to help you succeed in providing safe and reliable Propane Service to our customers. Install Propane Tanks and Propane Gas Systems in accordance with
NFPA 58, NFPA
54 and all State and Local Codes. Repairing and maintaining propane appliances while providing our customers with excellent customer service. Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player. Operate company vehicle in a safe, efficient and courteous manner. Have a 'Can Do' attitude, be a team player when it comes to safety, Customer Service and fellow employees. Willingness to take direction from Manager. This position may require the employee to be on-call and willing to service our customers wherever and whenever needed.
Requirements:
Valid (Class A or B) Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, DOT Physical and Homeland Security Background Check. Have a good driving record. CETP Certified Highly Preferred. A High School Diploma or equivalent.

Propane or Oil Service Tech:
3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement (Required) CEPT Certification (Preferred)
