Haul Truck Driver Hourly Pay:
$21-23/hr starting, depending on experiencePosition Summary:
The position of Haul Truck Driver is an integral position to the operation of the quarry site. This person is responsible for safely operating the haul truck and maintaining inspections to keep the truck running efficiently. This is a great position for someone who likes driving heavy equipment and prefers to work alone.Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older Must be legally permitted to work in theUnited States Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operates an off-road haul truck safely and efficiently to meet production goals
- Operates within the company guidelines and safety standards
- Performs daily pre-shift inspection of equipment and reports needed repairs to supervisor
- Performs preventative maintenance procedures such as lubrication and is responsible for good housekeeping of equipment
- Aides in the training of co-workers as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Essential Functions, Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
- Pre-employment drug screening
- Able to work outdoors in most weather conditions
- Able to work in a physically rigorous work environment. Position may involve walking, standing, sitting, bending, and climbing stairs. Job may require crouching, stooping, or crawling.
- Able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to climb steps/ladders
