CDL-A Independent Contractor - OTR Reefer, Percentage Pay IWX Motor Freight is urgently hiring CDL-A independent contractors for OTR reefer freight running primarily through the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast, with opportunities to run West. You'll earn percentage pay instead of mileage pay, keep 100% of the fuel surcharge, and choose your own loads. It's a setup built for contractors who want to run their own business, backed by a carrier team that understands life on the road. Compensation & Contractor Advantages 87.5% of linehaul revenue, plus 100% of the fuel surcharge Contractors average $244,400 gross annually ($4,700/week); top-performing contractors gross $286,000+ annually ($5,500+/week)
