The Bin Boy is a growing trash bin cleaning business dedicated to providing top-notch service to our community. We're looking for a reliable, responsible driver with experience in pressure washing equipment to join our team and help us deliver a cleaner, fresher experience to our customers! As a driver for The Bin Boy, you'll be responsible for safely operating our Isuzu truck, transporting equipment, and using pressure washing gear to clean trash bins efficiently and on schedule. All equipment is pre-set and ready to go, so you'll just need to drive the rig, operate the pressure washers, and provide excellent service to our customers. Attention to detail is a must as we take pride in delivering thorough, high-quality work. We are also looking for this individual to be confident in door to door sales when we are in the neighborhoods to increase members and conversions. This individual should be able to speak confidently and concisely to people on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

Drive and operate our Isuzu service truck to designated locations. Set up and operate pressure washing equipment to clean bins. Ensure safe handling, proper maintenance, and cleaning of equipment. Follow scheduled routes and ensure timely service. Maintain a clean and safe vehicle. Provide excellent customer service on-site. Pay close attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of each bin.

Requirements:

Must be 21 or older. Clean driving record (no major violations or accidents). Valid driver's license. Comfortable driving an Isuzu truck (training provided if needed). Previous experience operating pressure washing equipment. Ability to lift and move bins as needed. Strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail. Bonus (Not Required): Prior sales experience or ability to upsell services to customers.
