Job Description

Overview Join our team as a Local CDL Class A Truck Driver and take the wheel in delivering essential freight across regional routes! This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate a variety of trucks, including tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers. As a vital part of our logistics operation, you'll ensure timely deliveries while maintaining safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy driving, this position is perfect for motivated drivers eager to make an impact locally! Great pay with monthly bonus opportunity. The hours vary for this position, but most weeks 50+, and will be working on some Saturdays. Paid Weekly. Also responsible for ensuring basic cleaning and upkeep of the truck to company standards. Must be responsible, conscientious and punctual and have good communication skills. If called for interview, must take 10 year MVR to interview. This position is
HOME DAILY
. Responsibilities Safely operate a range of commercial trucks including manual transmission tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) standards. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports throughout each shift. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and route adjustments as needed. Provide excellent customer service by handling deliveries professionally and addressing any delivery-related questions or concerns. Skills Proven experience in truck driving with a valid CDL Class A license. Strong understanding of load securement techniques for different freight types. Knowledge of route planning for local delivery routes ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs. Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and compliance with all federal and state regulations. Experience with freight handling involving specialized equipment such as tanker or flatbed trailers is a plus. Embark on a rewarding career where your driving skills make a difference every day!
