Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HazMat Truck Driver to join our team to cover dedicated local runs and other possible locations. As a HazMat Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting Hazmat goods and materials to various locations. This position requires Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsement (X). TWIC card preferred.

Pay Rate:
$450 per round trip (660 miles) 1099
Position Duties:
  • Safely operate Semi-Trucks to transport Hazmat goods and materials in ISO containers .
  • Follow all Company Policies, laws and regulations while driving
  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance
  • Communicate with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries
  • Complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery logs and inspection reports
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for safety and efficiency
Skills:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. X Endorsement Required
  • Late model truck with thorough maintenance records
  • At least 2 years operating Class A CMV with dedicated HazMat experience.
  • Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate deliveries with dispatchers and team members
  • Attention to detail for completing necessary paperwork accurately
  • Experience with computers and E logs.
License/Certification:
  • CDL A with Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsements (Required) We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages for our Truck Drivers.
