Class A CDL Local Driver - Home Daily Prime Drivers is hiring experienced Class A CDL Local Drivers for dedicated local routes. Job Details Home daily No-touch freight Monday-Friday schedule Start time depends on the route Shift length depends on the route Day cab tractors pulling 53-foot dry van trailers Drivers will typically be assigned to a dedicated route and schedule Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Must possess a valid Class A CDL issued by the current state of residence One year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last three years Acceptable work history for the last 10 years MVR Requirements The following requirements apply to any type of vehicle operated: No more than three moving violation convictions within the last three years No excessive speeding, following too closely, or improper passing convictions within the last 12 months No preventable DOT-recordable accidents within the last three years No more than three preventable non-DOT-recordable accidents within the last three years No license suspension or disqualification for traffic convictions within the last five years No reckless or careless driving convictions within the last five years No DUI convictions within the last five years DOT Requirements Valid DOT medical card Negative pre-employment DOT drug test Must not have failed or refused a drug or alcohol test within the last three years without completing an approved Substance Abuse Professional program Disqualifications The following are disqualifying regardless of the type of vehicle operated: Leaving the scene of an accident Failure to report an accident Hit-and-run or fleeing from law enforcement Vehicular assault or homicide Use of a motor vehicle in the commission of a crime Benefits Weekly pay with direct deposit Health benefits after 30 days Holiday pay after six months One week of paid vacation after one year Retirement investing Apply Today Apply online at www.primedrivers.com or contact us at 615-836-7798 .
