Responsibilities Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional tow trucks, to recover and transport vehicles in diverse conditions. Load, unload, and secure vehicles using appropriate equipment such as straps and chains when necessary. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining procedures, and ensuring a positive experience. Manage conflict situations professionally, resolving issues calmly and efficiently while maintaining safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections of tow truck equipment, including mechanical components and safety features, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, vehicle details, and service reports for record-keeping purposes. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience preferred. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently in various traffic conditions. Experience with flatbed tow trucks, tow truck operation, and load securing methods. Knowledge of conflict management strategies to handle challenging situations professionally. Ability to load & unload vehicles safely using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or manual methods when needed. Strong customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism. $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
