Dump Truck Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating dump trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles to transport materials to various job sites. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficient route driving. Asphalt expierence is a plus. Candidates with experience in truck driving, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tanker trucks, and roll-off trucks, are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Operate dump trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles Load and unload freight efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Drive routes to deliver materials to construction sites, warehouses, or other designated locations Maintain accurate logs of hours worked and freight transported Perform routine inspections of vehicles before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during route driving Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding delivery schedules and issues Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for dump trucks Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery driver experience with freight loads Ability to load & unload freight safely and efficiently Familiarity with route driving and route planning for timely deliveries Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy-duty vehicle operation Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings This position offers an excellent opportunity for skilled drivers looking to advance their careers in commercial driving while contributing to a dedicated team focused on safety and efficiency.
