As a Tow Truck Operator, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and providing roadside assistance, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and safety. No experience necessary, just a good attitude and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Operate various types of tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to designated locations. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs during roadside assistance calls. Conduct pre-trip inspections on tow trucks to ensure they are in safe working condition before heading out on the road. Manage conflict situations with professionalism and calmness, ensuring customer satisfaction even in stressful scenarios. Maintain accurate records of services provided, including mileage, fuel usage, and any repairs performed. Drive responsibly while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the road. Experience Customer service experience is highly valued as you will be interacting directly with clients in various situations.
