$3,000 Spectra360 is currently hiring an experienced CDL Class A Driver for a full-time opportunity in La Vergne, TN .

• CDL Class B open to apply This is an excellent opportunity for a safety-focused driver looking for competitive hourly pay, overtime opportunities, consistent work, and home time every weekend . Compensation & Schedule $30
• 33 per hour , based on experience Overtime paid at 1.5x Potential annual earnings of $84,900
• 105,800+ $3,000 Sign-On Bonus $500 paid on first payroll $2,500 after successful completion of 90 days, subject to eligibility requirements Home every weekend Approximately 70% of routes may include 2-day runs Combination of local, multi-stop and regional deliveries Responsibilities Safely deliver countertop, flooring, and related materials to customer locations Complete local multi-stop and regional deliveries Assist with loading and unloading freight Properly secure cargo using straps, chains, binders, blocks, and ties Maintain accurate DOT logs and delivery paperwork Follow all DOT and company safety procedures Provide professional and courteous customer service Complete bills of lading, picking sheets, and other delivery documentation Requirements Valid CDL Class A license Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience Ability to operate on both intrastate and interstate routes Comfortable with 2-day runs approximately 70% of the time Must meet all DOT pre-employment and driving requirements Strong safety record and understanding of DOT regulations Ability to safely load, unload, secure, and deliver freight Ability to lift and transfer up to 55 lbs Comfortable climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and working around truck beds Tablet/iPad experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Benefits Eligible employees may receive: Paid Time Off Medical, dental, and vision benefits Company-paid life and AD&D insurance Bonus opportunities Annual merit increases Tuition reimbursement Employee referral incentives Additional company-sponsored programs Apply Today #INDNJ Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment.
