This is a hands-on position working primarily on asphalt paving jobs across local roads and interstates, as well as hauling aggregate and construction materials. This is NOT an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for drivers with real-world experience operating tractor trailers and manual transmission trucks. ⸻ What You'll Be Doing Hauling asphalt, millings, and aggregate materials to and from job sites/plants Supporting asphalt paving crews on active road and interstate projects Operating manual transmission dump trucks safely and efficiently Performing daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned truck Assisting with general truck maintenance as needed Working both day and night shifts depending on job schedules ⸻ Requirements (Read Carefully) Valid Class A CDL (REQUIRED) Manual transmission experience (REQUIRED - no exceptions) Proven experience driving tractor trailers/semi trucks Clean driving record (required for insurance approval) Must pass drug screening Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Murfreesboro, TN Ability to work flexible hours including nights and overtime ⸻ Preferred Qualifications Experience in asphalt, paving, or construction environments Experience hauling aggregates or working with dump trucks/tractor trailers Strong awareness of job site safety and traffic conditions ⸻ Pay & Schedule Pay is based on a percentage of truck revenue , averaging: $20-$25/hour equivalent (based on weekly earnings) Consistent work available Overtime opportunities depending on workload ⸻ Important Note We are looking for reliable, safety-focused drivers with proven experience.
