Potential to transition to a permanent full-time role. The Role You will be responsible for the safe transportation and disposal of non-hazardous liquid waste across the Boerne and San Antonio areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

Efficiently load and unload liquid waste; manage hose connections, pumps, and valves.

Safety & Compliance:

Maintain strict adherence to DOT regulations, company safety policies, and customer site procedures.

Documentation:

Complete manifests, logs, and required paperwork with accuracy and punctuality.

Maintenance:

Perform light maintenance on trucks and pumps (required for top-tier pay scale).

Who You Are Licensed:

Must hold a current CDL Class A License and a valid Medical Card .

Experienced:

3+ years of commercial vacuum truck operation is required.

Technical:

10+ years of experience in the septic pump industry is preferred for lead roles.

Reliable:

A track record of dependability and clear communication.

Local:

Must be able to commute to Boerne, TX, or be willing to relocate before starting.
