Forward Air seeks CDL-A Owner Operators to support our asset-light expedited LTL and truckload network across North America. Haul time-sensitive freight for retail, e-commerce, and industrial customers while benefiting from consistent lanes, competitive settlements, and fuel surcharge programs. Responsibilities Haul expedited LTL and truckload freight safely and on time across regional and OTR lanes Maintain compliance with DOT, HOS, and company safety standards Perform basic inspection and maintenance of truck and equipment Coordinate with dispatch and terminal operations for load planning and routing Ensure accurate documentation, BOLs, and ELD records for each trip Provide professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations Manage fuel, routing, and time for maximum efficiency and earnings Protect freight through proper loading, securing, and handling procedures Required Skills CDL-A truck driving ELD/HOS compliance Trip planning Freight securement Basic truck maintenance GPS and routing systems LTL/expedited freight handling DOT safety regulations Time management Customer communication
