Join us and be a part of a team that puts people first! We are seeking an experienced Class A Truck Driver to join our transportation team in Bryan, Texas. In this role, you will travel to customer sites to perform live loads and roll-off container swaps while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service. What We Offer PTO starting on your first day of employment Career growth and advancement opportunities Overtime opportunities available 401(k) with company match up to 3% Low-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance Company-paid disability insurance Paid training and advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities Safely transport materials to and from designated locations Pick up full containers and unload them at assigned sites Perform live loading and roll-off container swaps Secure loads in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations Coordinate daily schedules and assignments with Dispatch Accurately report trip numbers and maintain required documentation Weigh loads at the yard as required Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Minimum of 1 year Class A driving experience Roll-off experience preferred Working knowledge of State and Federal motor carrier regulations Basic mechanical knowledge of trucks and trailers Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to safety procedures Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent customer service skills Education & Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent At least one year of Class A driving experience Roll-off driving experience required Work Environment & Physical Requirements Primarily outdoor work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow) Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) Flexible schedule may include evenings or weekends Ability to lift and carry light weights as needed #LI-Onsite
