Job Description
Job Overview Healing Haven Transport is seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude while on the road. Whether you are delivering packages, or operating a non emergency transport van, your primary focus will be on ensuring timely and safe transportation. Duties Safely operate various types of vehicles, including vans to transport passengers as required. Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on delivery status and address any concerns. Maintain vehicles in good working condition by performing routine inspections and reporting any mechanical issues. Assist with heavy lifting and loading/unloading of passengers as necessary. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and professional at all times. Complete necessary paperwork related to deliveries or passenger transport accurately. Experience Previous experience as a delivery driver, van driver, or in commercial driving is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Experience with heavy lifting and maintaining vehicles is a plus. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns will enhance performance in this role.
