In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various trucks and heavy-duty vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and goods efficiently across multiple routes. Your expertise in commercial driving, vehicle operation, and load handling will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment where your skills directly impact operational success. Duties Safely operate a variety of trucks including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers with manual transmission Load and unload materials using mechanical knowledge and appropriate equipment such as front loader trucks or roll-off containers Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations Drive routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies to ensure timely deliveries Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of materials when necessary during loading or unloading processes Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle records, and documentation for all trips and cargo movements Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL license Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and related equipment Experience operating tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, dry van, etc. Skilled in driving manual or automatic transmission vehicles across various terrains and conditions Knowledge of load securing techniques to ensure safety during transit Excellent driving record with a focus on safety compliance and traffic regulations Join our team if you're passionate about driving excellence, safety, and delivering outstanding service.
