What You'll Do Safely operate a ready mix concrete truck in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety policies. Deliver ready mix concrete to residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure job sites. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Safely load, transport, and discharge concrete while maintaining product quality. Communicate with dispatch, batch plants, and customers to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain accurate delivery tickets and daily inspection reports. Keep equipment clean and perform routine maintenance checks. Represent VMK Concrete with professionalism and excellent customer service. Qualifications Valid Class A or Class B CDL (with current Medical Card). Safe driving record. Ready mix or commercial driving experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a CDL. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical job duties. Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background requirements.
