Job Description

Clean Harbors is seeking a Regional End-Dump Driver - Class A to safely transport environmental and industrial waste across assigned routes. In this role, you will operate end-dump trailers and Class A tractor-trailers, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensure all loads are properly secured and documented. You will follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards while supporting emergency response and scheduled pickups. Drivers interact with dispatch and customers, complete electronic logs and manifests, and help maintain equipment. Responsibilities Operate Class A tractor-trailer with end-dump equipment on regional routes Perform safe loading, unloading, and dumping of environmental and industrial waste Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report defects Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies and procedures Maintain accurate electronic logs, manifests, and regulatory documentation Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and service needs Secure loads and verify proper weight distribution and containment Support occasional emergency response and special waste transport projects Follow company protocols for hazardous and non-hazardous materials handling Assist with routine cleaning and basic maintenance of trucks and trailers Required Skills Class A CDL driving End-dump operation Vehicle inspection Load securement DOT compliance Electronic logging (ELD) Hazardous waste handling Defensive driving Basic truck maintenance Route planning
