Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Drive and operate a flatbed tow truck to assist with vehicle breakdowns and provide roadside assistance Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck, ensuring proper securement Provide exceptional customer service to clients in distress Keep the tow truck clean and well-maintained, both inside and out, to ensure a professional appearance and safe working environment Conduct weekly inspection reports on the tow truck, documenting any issues or maintenance needs and reporting them to the appropriate supervisor Maintain clear communication with the dispatch team

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Tow Truck Driver to join our team in the Fort Worth Metroplex. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in assisting motorists in need, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the safe transportation of vehicles. If you have commercial driving experience, a passion for helping others, and a familiarity with the Fort Worth area, we want to hear from you!

Shift Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday:

8:00 AM

• 6:00

PM Thursday:

9:00 AM

• 9:00 PM Two Saturdays per month: One shift from 8:00 AM
• 1:00 PM, and one shift from 12:00 PM
• 9:00

PM Experience:

Previous experience in commercial driving, preferably in towing or a related field. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Familiarity with the Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
