Pooper Scoopers is a growing local pet waste removal company serving residential customers in the Katy, Fulshear, Richmond and surrounding areas. We are looking for a dependable, responsible and self-motivated person to join our team as a Part-Time Route Technician. This is an active, outdoor position servicing customers' yards on an assigned route. You will drive your own vehicle from customer to customer, remove pet waste from residential yards, properly dispose of waste, and make sure each property is left clean and secure. Reliability is extremely important. Our customers depend on us to arrive on their scheduled service days. Job Responsibilities Drive an assigned residential service route Remove dog waste thoroughly from customers' yards Follow the assigned customer schedule and route Communicate appropriately with customers regarding arrival and completion of service Take required service photos when applicable Confirm gates are securely closed before leaving every property Keep equipment clean and sanitized Follow company procedures for waste disposal Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality service Track work hours and mileage as required Communicate promptly regarding any customer, property or scheduling issues Requirements Applicants must: Be at least 16 years old Have a reliable personal vehicle Have a valid driver's license Maintain current automobile insurance Have a smartphone with reliable service Be comfortable driving between customer locations Be comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather Be comfortable working around dogs Be physically able to walk, bend and work outdoors for several hours Be dependable and able to work independently without direct supervision Have good communication skills Be able to follow a set route and detailed instructions Be willing to complete a background check Schedule This is a part-time daytime position of approximately 15-30 hours per week. The ideal candidate has dependable daytime availability and is looking for consistent part-time work. Compensation $15.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience, reliability and qualifications.
