Job Description
Never cross state lines. This Laredo-based regional fleet keeps you 100% inside Texas, with dedicated planners who know your routes and $1,200 to $1,400 average weekly pay. Pay Standard OTR mileage pay scale $1,200 to $1,400 average weekly earnings $1,000 guaranteed pay for your first 3 months Performance bonus program $15 stop pay, mileage rate applies for short haul Freight & Route 100% Texas freight, no out-of-state runs, ever 80% drop and hook freight Dedicated planners, familiar routes with repeat customers Schedule Work 6 days, off 2 days Home once a week Both day and night shifts, early AM driving required Weekends off not guaranteed, holiday work as needed Qualifications Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience Must run on Texas hours of service Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older Must maintain a high safety score and be crash-free Clean MVR and background check Must pass hair and urine drug testing Benefits, Active After 30 Days Medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy drug coverage 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability Stock options plus accrued paid time off Ready to run Texas-only freight with real guaranteed pay?
