The Ready Mix Truck Driver is responsible for the safe, professional, and efficient operation of ready-mix concrete trucks while delivering concrete to Five-S Group projects and customer job sites. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring demonstrated ready-mix mixer experience, sound judgment in active construction environments, and a strong commitment to safety, product quality, equipment care, schedule adherence, and customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with dispatch, batch plant personnel, project teams, and customers to ensure timely and safe delivery of quality concrete. This position operates primarily in an outdoor construction and ready-mix environment. The employee may regularly encounter active construction sites, heavy equipment, vehicle traffic, concrete materials, dust, noise, varying terrain, weather conditions, and other occupational hazards. Drivers are expected to always maintain situational awareness and exercise sound judgment.
