Job Description

The D & D Water Truck Driver is responsible for transporting water to and from various job locations safely and without incidents. A valid CDL license with tankers endorsement, and relevant experience is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
The driver will be responsible for loading and unloading large quantities of water for compaction and/or dust control. Familiarity with area, ability to read maps & follow directions Inspect truck equipment and supplies, such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water. Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and safety guidelines. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report any issues to the dispatcher. Wear appropriate PPE as outlined in the Company's policy/guidelines. Consistently be aware of your personal safety and that of your coworkers and your surroundings.
Qualifications:
Valid Class A or B CDL license with tanker endorsement. Successful completion of drug and physical test, Valid DOT Medical Certificate Clean driving record with no DUIs within the past five years, no more than two moving violations, and no more than one accident within the past three years. Two or more years of driving experience in a comparable vehicle. Ability to comply with federal and state regulations. Ability to read, write, and speak basic English. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to think logically, follow procedures, instructions, and make sound decisions.
