Full Time, W2 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CDL A Driver to join a growing regional operation in the Dallas Fort Worth area. This is a full time W2 position hauling refrigerated freight on regional routes. Drivers are guaranteed $2,000 per week to start while getting ramped up. Once fully established in the role, compensation will transition to a competitive per mile or hourly pay structure. This is a great opportunity for a driver looking for strong earning potential without being on the road for weeks at a time. Routes are primarily regional, with drivers typically getting home a couple of times throughout the week or more depending on the load. What You'll Do Operate a Class A tractor trailer hauling refrigerated freight Complete regional deliveries throughout the surrounding markets Safely transport and monitor temperature sensitive loads Complete pre trip and post trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and required transportation documentation Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, deliveries, and scheduling What We're Looking For Valid CDL A Professional driving experience Experience operating tractor trailers Reefer experience preferred Safe and dependable driving history Comfortable with regional routes and varying schedules Strong communication and reliability Compensation & Schedule $2,000 per week guaranteed to start Transition to per mile or hourly compensation once ramped up Full time W2 employment Regional routes Typically home multiple times throughout the week depending on loads No employee benefits currently offered Location Operations are currently based in McKinney, TX and are expected to relocate to Melissa, TX later this year.
