Driver/Tow Truck Agent - Repossession 1265 East Us Highway 80, Mineola, TX 75773 Full-time Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Reposession Agent Driver to join our team. This is a
NIGHT TIME DRIVER
position! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing roadside assistance, reposession of vehicles, and ensuring the safe transport of vehicles to designated locations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to handle various situations on the road with professionalism and efficiency. Duties Operate Reposession trucks, wheel-lift models, to safely transport vehicles. Recovering items that have not been paid for as per a lease or credit agreement. Assess vehicle conditions and determine appropriate towing methods. Load and unload vehicles securely while ensuring minimal damage. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during stressful situations. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including vehicle condition reports and photos. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on duty. Skills Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle challenging customer interactions. Experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license appropriate for tow truck operation. TDLR required. Clean driving record. Clean drug test. Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive client experiences. Capable of loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently. Strong problem-solving abilities to assess situations quickly and determine the best course of action. This role requires a deep understanding of laws and regulations of property rights.
