This is a home-daily night-shift position transporting freight between the rail and local destinations. Drivers operate as solo company drivers and return home daily. The operation may include:

Live Load Live Unload Drop & Hook Although the freight is no-touch , drivers should be comfortable working in an intermodal environment where loading and unloading procedures may vary by location. What You'll Do As a local dedicated intermodal driver, you will: Operate company equipment safely Transport freight between the rail and local destinations Complete assigned local routes Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain required logs and paperwork Communicate with dispatch and account management Follow DOT, FMCSA and company safety requirements Operate safely in nighttime traffic Work safely in changing weather conditions Complete required account and intermodal procedures Driver Requirements Minimum Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months of CDL-A driving experience Must qualify as an experienced/first-seat driver Acceptable driving and employment history Ability to operate safely in an intermodal environment Ability to work a night schedule Weekend availability required Must meet applicable carrier hiring requirements Must live within approximately 30 miles of Paris, TX This Position Does Not Accept Trainees Team drivers Owner operators This is a solo company-driver position .
