Job Description
The CDL truck driver is responsible for operating a CDL truck to haul materials The Ideal candidate will have: 2 years related work experience Current CDL Class A Clean driving record Current Medical card and drug test required Operates truck in a safe and professional manner while complying with safety standards including all state and federal regulations. Performs daily pre/post trip inspections Punctual and prepared to load at the assigned scheduled time at all times. Effectively communicates with dispatch department Performs preventive maintenance such as regularly checking air pressure in tires, checks fluid levels including oil, hydraulic, coolant and fuel. Performs minor repairs to truck as needed; refers major issues to supervisor. Maintain appearance of truck. both in person and on radio communications while providing excellent customer service. Maintain professional attitude with all internal and external customers Other Misc. duties as assigned.
