Job Description
Job description: As a Delivery Associate for Vision Drive, LLC, you will follow standard company procedures and safety requirements while delivering packages for our client, Amazon, in a timely and efficient manner. The Delivery Associate role is a physical, fast-paced position that involves continual lifting, lowering and carrying of packages that weigh less than 20 lbs on average but may weigh up to 50-70 lbs. Our delivery associates safely operate cargo vans , make up to 200 stops and walk up and down stairs as required to deliver Amazon packages to customers according to established procedures. Compensation and Schedule This is a seasonal delivery job , working as an employee and earning up to $20.75/hour as a Delivery Associate. PTO accrual starts on Day 1 of employment. This seasonal position is expected to begin in late September 2026 Each week, you will have a stable schedule of 4 consecutive work days and 3 days off. Days are designed to be 10.5 hours long, including a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute paid breaks. You will receive paid training and continual support to help you succeed as a delivery driver during the Peak Season.
Requirements:
Valid driver license with a good driving record (Commercial driver license not required) Must pass a motor vehicle record check Must pass a drug screening test and other requirements/training Availability to work weekends Must be at least 21 years old to be covered by our auto insurance A great attitude when dealing with coworkers and customers Tech savvy: experienced with GPS and other smartphone-related applications Minimum of High School Diploma/GED Ability to lift 50-70 lbs Ability to work in various weather conditions No delivery experience required but definitely welcomed After initial screening, we'll invite qualified candidates for an in-person interview.Job Type:
