Route Driver & Restocker

Job detailsWe are looking for a dependable, physically capable Route Driver & Restocker to keep our AI-powered Smart Stores fully stocked and running smoothly. In this role, you will drive a designated route across the DFW area, deliver inventory, restock units, and perform basic maintenance checks. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and being out on the road. Key Responsibilities Drive a company vehicle along an assigned route to service various locations (apartments, offices, gyms, hotels, etc.) Load, transport, and restock snack and beverage inventory Inspect units during each visit for cleanliness, functionality, and proper operation of payment systems Report any maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or damage to the Operations Manager Track inventory levels and communicate restocking needs Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company protocols while operating a vehicle Provide a positive, professional presence at client locations and respond to basic questions from property staff or customers Assist with warehouse tasks such as organizing stock and preparing route loads as needed Physical Requirements This role involves regular physical activity. Candidates should be comfortable with the following: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and standing for extended periods Loading and unloading inventory from a vehicle multiple times per day Working in varying weather conditions (outdoor loading/unloading) Walking and moving between vehicle and unit locations, including stairs where elevators are unavailable Required Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a background check Willingness to drive a company vehicle Ability to meet the physical demands of the role as described above Strong time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Basic smartphone proficiency Must be at least 21 years of age Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in driving a van Comfort with technology and basic troubleshooting of electronic equipment Schedule & Compensation Part-time W2: starting position 3 days per week, 8 hours per day Potential for additional hours, up to a full time positon within the next 2-3 months Competitive hourly rate $20 Please submit your resume to snaxldfw@gmail.com
