Proficient in the English language Candidate must be punctual Candidate must display neat work habits Well groomed Must possess a current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificate Physically able to lift at least 65/75 lbs. from floor level Must provide proof of a safe driving record in the State of Texas Duties and Responsibilities Maintain current service schedule Comply with Driver & Fleet Safety processes Follow facility shipping and receiving protocol Upon receipt of merchandise, forward the receiver and purchase order to accounting Assist the Distribution Manager in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the distribution system, e.g. item description and numbers, etc. Complete medical waste tickets and forward weight tickets to accounting weekly when a scheduled trip is made to the incinerator Disinfect Biohazard Waste truck per facility protocol (After each incinerator drop off) Must provide assistance in patient set-ups Restock company vans and or trucks daily Perform daily truck checklist on assigned facility vehicles Restock hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis rooms monthly Appropriate allocation of donated supplies per state and Federal guidelines Warehouse inventory maintenance and adequate rotation of supplies, per facility protocol Perform inventory in the patient's home prior to re-stocking Vehicle truck inspections daily Responsible for the damage or loss of company property Perform other duties as requested by the
